In this 15 level apartment building with 2 basement levels, we worked alongside Watts & Hughes Construction to complete the following;

 

  • Install underground Volcay Tanking System to all below-ground levels.

  • Install Liquid MM165 membrane to balcony and podium areas.

  • Install 1000m2 Warm Roof System

In this 4 level apartment building, we worked alongside Clearwater Construction to complete the following;

  • Install Liquid MM165 membrane to exterior balcony areas.

  • Install Torch-On membrane roofing. 

In this premium retirement village, we worked alongside Aspec Construction to complete the following;

  • Install underground Volcay Tanking System to apartment building carpark and service areas.

  • Install underground Volcay Tanking System to lift pits and under-slab.
